Drew's ProfileI am a proud Dunghutti man, born and raised on Pangerninghe Country, on the upper reaches of Kanamaluka (formerly the Tamar River) in Lutruwita, or Tasmania as it is more widely known. I also have strong kinship ties to the Kamilaroi people. I am a seasoned professional with over 40 years of management experience across various industries. My expertise extends through supply chain management, business development, process optimisation, and strategic planning, all underpinned by a solid foundation in project management and customer relationship management. I have a reputation for critical thinking and an exceptional ability to troubleshoot and innovate.
I have spent my entire professional career preparing for this role. I learned the fundamentals of supply chain management theory and practice in the RAAF, followed by 16 years as an independent consultant in business process optimisation, ERP systems development, and project managing ERP systems implementations. More recently, I served as an Ordnance Officer in the Australian Army before branching out as an independent management consultant. I hold a Graduate Diploma in Business Administration and will complete a Master's in Business Administration in August 2025. |
